The Nigerian Army has alleged that the attacks carried out by the Boko Haram terrorist group were sponsored by the international community to destabilise the country.
The Acting Director, Army Public Relations, Col Sagir Musa, stated this in an article published on social media on Wednesday, December 2, 2020.

KanyiDaily had reported how Boko Haram terrorists beheaded 43 rice farmers last Saturday in Borno, less than 20 km from Maiduguri, where Nigerian Army has used as headquarters in the ongoing war against insurgency.

Reacting to the killings in the article, the Nigerian Army said that the Boko Haram attacks were instigated by the international paymasters to “cut Nigeria to size.”

Quote
“The recent killing of our people on a rice farm in Borno State was unexpected, inhuman, cowardly, dastardly and sadistic cruelty by the Boko Haram terrorists.
“There is no normal human being that will take pleasure in such inhuman massacre of defenceless and armless civilians, working on their farms; but that is the nature of terrorism and those who sponsor it.

“There is an international conspiracy to cut Nigeria to size and compromise national renegades making attempts to destabilise and dismember Nigeria if possible in subservience to the international paymasters, who are the owners of Boko Haram. They train them, arm them, finance them and supply their logistics.

“Without this treacherous international support of Boko Haram; they would have since been defeated. Yet, we can defeat them through our unity and unflinching support and encouragement of our security forces, particularly the military.”

True Talk (maybe), Comrade Buratai.  What I notice is a fact that this Country has never been saddled with such a weak Intelligence Apparatus, or absolute lack of it, perhaps Sai Baba made a disastrous mistake when he rejected the Intelligence Chief appointed by his Vice, only to go into the archive to wake up a near morbid man who was reminiscing his old time at the State Security. A very virile State Security would almost not make us know  the inefficiency of the other Security Agencies. Never too late, the President may rijig the Nation's Security Arrangement; not that the new comers are better than the outgoing Ones, the newcomers might come in with their own goodluck.

Flimsy excuse, but army attacked Endsars. Fish out Boko-Haram army soldiers and their informants.
Politics have infiltrated the military, it's no longer what the taste, and can never come back to old days when Khaki no bi leather

If this is real then it means you guys have failed at intelligence finding; because that is what is required to quash the Boko haram insurgency
