Jay made it clear years ago that once he can afford to, he'll undergo gender reassignment surgery.

Earlier this year, Jay asked Nigerians to stop addressing him as "he". He said "she" is now the pronoun he'll like to be addressed by.

He claims he finally had surgery to remove his penis and replace with a honeypot but he says he kept it a secret and decided to come out now as his "Xmas gift" to his followers.

All the same, I still doubt this picture. He purposely close his laps with water running over private part. Not really visible. I can close my laps like that too and my private part will look like honeypot
