Nigerian Twitter influencer Danny Walter has called out Lagos state government for charging N45k for COVID-19 test without doing the test.
According to him, Dubai government test people on arrival free and the result sent to the person’s phone, while Nigerian government charges N45k.
Danny called out Lagos government on Twitter as he alleged that the N45k is being paid to the government without the test being done.
He also lamented that they were told to go to a hospital to do the hospital after paying the N45k.
“Arrived Dubai: C0VID Test Free, Result sent to Phone in 12hrs
Arrived Nigeria: C0VID Test N45,000, with no Test done.You people are mad and have no one to tell you!” He wrote.
He added; “If they even took the test now e for better, what am I now paying for?
They said at the airport that I will still go to a hospital and do test, that the 45k is for Lagos state Govt.
We are being ruled by Animals but we don’t know.”
