Things that happened in 2020  had suspended so many schedules especially in Nigeria,   our usual way of work had also changed. the past event kept us at home and turn us into toilet paper hoarders. all the events that took place in 2020 impacted our sleep negatively.  Fortunately for us, we have learned a lot this past year,  and we have a few ideas on how we can sleep off the stress of 2020 and head into 2021 well-rested.
What can we do to go through the rest of 2020 and 2021 with as little stress as possible and as much restful sleep as possible on our vitafoam mattress?
