Popular media personality, Shade Ladipo has stated that everyone should normalize calling people by their first names.

Taking to her Instagram page, the TV host says respect should not be tied to titles such as ‘ma’, ‘sir’, ‘madam’, ‘boss’. Ladipo also implied that calling people by their first name does not denote disrespect.

Quote
”Let’s normalize calling people by their first names All this Ma Sir Madam Boss It Doesn’t do anything for anybody Respect isn’t/shouldn’t be tied to any of these yeye titles”

Good gal, but this won't go down favorably with the  African goddesses who think that these titles  denote respect and dignity. Calling  out the first name  breaks down the barrier and unmask the liar. It creates an atmosphere of  camaraderie and normality than regimented order we're worshiping.  Kudos my dear.
