It was earlier reported that one of the notorious Kidnappers terrorizing Kwara State, Alhaji Ramoni owns a hotel that was burnt down by the angry mob.

He was arrested at the point of picking up the balance N6m ransom to release his hostages after collecting N2m earlier.
