An aggrieved customer has stripped himself to his underwear to register his displeasure at alleged poor service at an Access Bank branch.
In a viral video, the man can be seen engaging in a shouting match with a lady that appeared to be a staff of the bank.
The aggrieved customer can be heard asking why he could not withdraw N15,000 from his bank account.
The narrator, who also shot the amateur video, identified the affected bank as Access Bank although he did not disclose the branch’s location.
In the 23-second video, other customers can be seen trying to appease him before an elderly customer successfully led him out of the banking hall.
The Herald could not independently verify the circumstances that led to the drama at the bank as of press time.
