According to News Rain Nigeria, the AGF, Abubakar Malami stated that those that still have Twitter on their phones and access it via VPNs are using it illegally and will be prosecuted if caught.
According to reports, a young man has been arrested in Ibadan for defaulting. According to him, he spent half of his day in the police cell for having Twitter on his phone.
