A 26-year-old young man, Oluwaseyi Adebowale, has been poisoned to death, allegedly by his friend in Omi Adio area of Oyo State.

The deceased, who lives in Abuja was said to have been invited by his childhood friend, Ogunrinade Ahmed, who later took him to an hotel, where he was allegedly poisoned. The unfortunate incident occurred on Friday, July 16, 2021.

It was gathered that the victim was later rushed to the hospital but doctors insisted that the sum of N1,000 must be paid before they can commence treatment on him. Sadly, he d*ed before they could raise the money.

According to a source, “He travelled to Oyo on Tuesday, July 13, after he was invited by his friend, Ahmed. On Friday, he called his brother in Russia and told him that Ahmed took him to an hotel and he did not know what they gave him to eat, that he was in severe pains.

He was in pains and Ahmed was in the room with him and refused to do anything to help him. He even refused to open the door after another guest alerted the hotel management about something going on in the room.

When the time the hotel management opened the door, they met Ahmed sitting down looking at him. They rushed him to one hospital but they rejected and directed them to another hospital. They took him to the second hospital and the doctor requested for N1,000 before they will give him oxygen to support his breath.

No one, including the suspect Ahmed, was able to provide the money, and the hospital also couldn’t spare a life because of N1,000. That’s how he d*ed. The suspect and the hotel manager have been arrested by the police. The police also allegedly found some charms in Ahmed’s house.”

He died before they could raise #1,000  Shocked.
If this statement is true, that particular hospital must be questioned and the doctor’s brain must be examined.
Rest in peace

How much is N1,000? I have no concept, because I only use $. But if it's a small amount and the hospital didn't save the man because of that little money, this is just too stupid. But if N1,000 is enough to buy a car, then the man was dead because of poor and bad friendship.
N1000 is 2 dollars 43cents.. Its is bad friendship and bad negligence from d hospital itself just because of that little change.
