Do not do this to avoid story that touches the heart.
Since they begin this exercise,  they never arrested any fulani Bandits and Fulani Boko Haram. The target of this terrorist government is to monitor every communications and SmS messages to enable them track and arrest whosoever that opposes their evil agenda. Remember, if you register your Sim with your NIN, even  your Bank account is no longer save.

Exercise in futility. Pray, which one success has been achieved by the Country after making the citizens to suffer untold hardship. Here in one Arewa State, when people are kidnapped, relatives of the victims rushed to the homes of  some highly placed individuals to seek intervention. These highly placed crooks pick up the phone  and startndiscussion with the bandits to start negotiation. And the so_called Country"s security agencies have not been able to trace these bandits.

Nigeria is a failed State controlled by terrorists sponsors. In normal countries NIN is given to citizens and foreigners who are living legally in a country. This process in Nigeria is to give foreign terrorists NIN while most of the citizens will not have NIN.
