Naija has many churches springing from all corners with zero regulations. 

In North America and Europe, etc., churches must be registered, the pastors must be registered, licensed and some require them to be ordained as well.

Na ordination and licence  go make them original pastors???
It helps with accountability in giving marriage licenses, baptisms, etc.

You license them so they can license the parishoners, for example, marriage licenses, etc.
