Learning is meant to induce a change in behavior, whereas teaching is intended to implant qualities in the learner such as attitude, value, and adherence to established procedures, rules, and principles, all of which are anticipated to produce a change in behavior. Understanding the realm of teaching is critical to comprehending the function of its practitioners in the raising of pupils. Although there is no universal definition of teaching, attempts have been made to describe and explain it. This is especially true because teaching has a meaning, goal, and degree structure or level (Imogie, 2015). In terms of socialization, teaching may be described as interpersonal influence aimed at influencing how one person can or will behave. As a result of this concept, teaching becomes everyone's responsibility in society, especially when citizens' socialization may be impacted not just by schools, but also by other agents such as religious centers, the media, and the family.

Since one of the primary purposes of education is to develop decent and helpful citizens in society, teaching is the substance of such interactive human relationships meant to foster behaviorable change. The value of teachers and education cannot be overstated. The significance of teaching stems from the fact that it is the process through which diverse educational programs are transformed into classroom activity. Today, the teacher chooses what sort of people, or to be more exact, what kind of person we will be, via instruction. Teaching as a process will lead to a nation's social, economic, and political growth, as well as the achievement of desired goals, all of which are dependent on the efficiency and dedication of teachers. It is critical to understand who is a teacher at this stage.

It is a well-known truth that education begins at home, or rather, in the family, where children learn to talk and do things by copying their parents, relatives, classmates, and others. In the early days, this process of socialization was carried out by a number of individuals with no official training. However, as societies became more complicated, interconnected, and specialized, the necessity for formal education or training became apparent. Children are introduced to formal education under the supervision and care of a trained people whose training and tasks include instilling in the young kid value norms, regulations, and all societal standards.
