A 38-year-old Nigerian national, Alowonle Oluwajuwon Gilbert, was sentenced to de*th by the High Court in Shah Alam, Malaysia, for the murder of Serdang Hospital nurse Siti Kharina Mohd Kamarudin on August 1.
.
.
Judge Ab Karim Ab Rahman handed down the sentence to Oluwajuwon, on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, after the prosecution had proven its case against the accused beyond all reasonable doubt.

The judge said the testimony by the accused that he left the house of Siti Khairina Mohd Kamarudin, 40, on May 8, 2019, contradicted with footage of a closed-circuit television camera at the Third Avenue Condominium, Cyberjaya, which showed him leaving the premises the following day (May 9)
.

.
Ab Karim said the accused also could not provide an explanation why there were blood stains carrying the DNA of Siti Kharina on his shirt on the morning of May 9, 2019.
.
Gilbert was first brought to court on May 27, 2019, and charged with the murder of Siti Kharina at her residence  in Cyberjaya between 12.41am on May 9 and 2.30pm on May 15, that year. Siti Kharina, a mother-of-three was reported to have gone missing on May 8, 2019, after she was last seen at the Serdang Hospital parking lot at 4pm, that day.
 .
.

Please no one should involve the Nigeria govt in this. When are we going to actually call a money launderer a thief and call olosho a wh*re? When are we going to call a spade a spade? How dare he go to another country to do this? And should anyone take another's life? NO! An eye for an eye!

That’s not how it works, he committed the crime on their soil and he has to face the consequences there. Nigerian government did not tell him to go and commit the crime, and Nigerian government do not have jurisdiction whatsoever over the case. Stop blaming Nigerian government for everything. This man is a monster and he deserves what he got.

Yea well said...you know, some people must always find a way to blame the government for the crimes they commit. The government have their sins, in fact I'll say the Nigerian government is one of the worst in this our present world, but still, the citizens have their sins too. Everybody should take responsibility for their actions. People should learn to stop blaming the government or other people everytime they mess up.
