Nigerian Woman, Amenze Rita Shot Dead By Her Italian Husband After Filing For Divorce

A 31-year-old Nigerian woman, Amenze Rita has allegedly been killed by her 61-year-old husband, Pierangelo Pellizzar, after she reportedly filed for divorce in Noventa Vicentina, Italy.

It was gathered that the suspect laid an ambush for Rita on Friday morning and shot her four times, killing her instantly in front of her colleagues in the parking lot of Mf Mushroom, a company where she worked.

After killing his wife, the Italian man reportedly fled the scene in a grey Jeep Cherokee, which was subsequently found abandoned at his brother’s residence.

The carabinieri are currently searching for the fleeing suspect, who was reportedly said to be armed and dangerous.

Italian journalists are reporting that Rita was murdered because she filed for a divorce after she returned from Nigeria a week ago.

It was further gathered that late Rita arrived in Italy in 2017 through Libya and got married to the Italian man in 2018.

Is very obvious she has been going through domestic violence in hands of that bastard for a long time,let it not surprised you that the man won't be brought to justice cos of racism,she is a black girl from Nigeria, except she have a valid passport and country residence permit,may God give her a peaceful enternal rest, Italian government must bring the mudererer to justice,This is where Nigeria government needs to come in.... IT IS A PITY. I BELIEVE THAT THE MAN KILLED HER WITH THE NOTION THAT SHE USED HIM FOR DOCUMENTS AND NOW WANT TO DIVORCE HIM AFTER OBTAINING ITALIAN RESIDENT PERMIT. OTHERS USE MORROCANS TO DO THE KILLINGS WITHOUT SUSPECTING THE HUSBAND.
