Nnamdi Kanu Sues Kenya Government For Illegal Arrest

Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has dragged the Kenyan Government to court. Kanu instituted a case against the Kenyan Government through his legal team. The Special Counsel to the IPOB leader, Aloy Ejimakor, disclosed this via his Twitter handle on Thursday.

Kanu was recently rearrested in Kenya and repatriated to Nigeria. The Kenyan High Commissioner, Wilfred Machage, refuted the claim that Kenyan police arrested Kanu. Despite the denial, IPOB had continued to accuse Kenya of playing a role in Kanu’s rearrest. Kanu is expected in court in October. The Nigerian government primarily charged him with treason.

Kanu who is behind cars haven't sued anybody. It is self-serving charge and pay lawyers representing him that are doing so in order to line their own pockets.
