Recall that when the millionaire blogger had her son Jayce in 2018, she announced his name as Jayce Jeremi. She has now shared Jayce’ new surname as he turns 3 today. Jeremi has been rumoured to ‘not wanting’ the child when Linda got pregnant and has also not been in the boy’s life since she gave birth.
Popular blogger, Linda Ikeji has lately changed her son Jayce’s surname from her baby daddy’s name, Jeremi to her own father’s name, Ikeji. This is coming right on the birthday of her son, Jayce as he turns 3 years old today, Friday September 17. Recall that Linda Ikeji had announced way back in 2018, that Delta state oil tycoon, Sholaye Jeremi, is the man who’s her baby daddy and also the father of her son, Jayce.
At the time, Linda had named her son after Jeremi and revealed he would be called Jayce Jeremi, in a post shared on her official Instagram page then. While sharing a photo of herself leaving the hospital, days after she gave birth, Linda wrote; “Going home with my prince. Beginning of the best years of my life, his name is Jayce by the way, Jayce Jeremi.”
However, in a latest development, Linda Ikeji has now changed her son, Jayce surname from Jeremi to Ikeji — raising new questions over what might have happened between the celebrity blogger and her baby daddy.
Jayce turned 3-years-old today and mum, Linda took to social media to celebrate him, and from the birthday message she posted, one can see the change in name evident. “And just like that.. my greatest source of joy is 3!. I’m so full and feel truly blessed! Happy birthday my loving, kind and happy baby @officialjayceikeji,” She wrote. A look on Jayce’s Instagram page also confirms the surname change as the full name on his bio reads, “Jayce Ikechukwu Ikeji”.
