Renowned activist, Reno Omokri has defended the lady who went viral after bragging about being a virgin till she got married and losing it to her husband alone. Recall that in a previous report, a lady had bragged about keeping her virginity till she got married to her husband and even went as far as sharing some photos of the bloodstained bedsheet after intercourse as proof.
This however stirred reactions on social media as some criticized her for bringing up the issue on social media. Reacting to this, Reno Omokri has defended and at the same time applauded the lady for the virtuous act.
In a tweet, he wrote: “I really admire that virgin wife. Anyone who keeps their virginity until marriage deserves to brag about it. I have taught about this for years. There is a reason why God chose Mary to bear His Son, Yeshua,”
“Virginity until marriage is a virtue. Premarital sex is a virus! Youths, keep your virginity until you marry. Let your friends laugh at your virginity. You can easily be like them. But they can NEVER be like you. And as long as you do not die young, you will still eat bearded meat!”
Responding to people who are trolling and slamming the young lady over her actions, he asked why they don’t attack the surgically enhanced celebrities who expose their bodies to the public. According to Reno, showing off the stained bedsheet is a culture in Africa. He further stated that he would have given the lady a National Honor if he was the president.
He wrote: “When our surgically enhanced celebrities, who are OAPs by day, and small girls with a big god by night, publicly expose their naked overused and overworked body parts why don’t you complain?”
“In our African culture, and in Scripture, proof of virginity was publicised Deuteronomy 22:15. It is a thing of honour and should not be hidden. If I were President, I would have given that wife a National Honour. We need more of her likes. We can’t keep hiding virginity and promoting promiscuity!”
