Man Jailed For Sucking Bosom Of 15 Year Old Illegally

A man, Adeyemi Ojo, 38, has been arraigned before Ejigbo Magistrate’s Court for allegedly sucking the Bosom  of a 15-year old girl without her consent.
The father of four was alleged to have indecently assaulted the victim and had canal knowledge of her.
The incident happened at 32, Fatoki Street, Egan, Lagos, South West Nigeria, where both of them reside.
P.M. NEWS gathered that the defendant married the mother of the victim after she had her for another man.
While she left the former husband to marry the defendant, she brought the girl to live with them.
Unknown to the wife, her husband has been assaulting the girl segxwally until the victim opened up to her mother.
The mother could not bear the pains and raised the alarm which attracted neighbours, who later invited the police at Igando Police Station and was subsequently arrested and charged to court on a three-count charge.
When the charge was read to him, he pleaded not guilty, but there was a twist in the matter when the prosecutor, Layi Balogun, informed the Magistrate, Mrs. M.B. Folami, that the wife has tendered a letter of withdrawal.
In the witness box, the woman, Rachael Ojo, told the court that she was withdrawing the matter because she did not want to make a case with her husband.
The magistrate subsequently granted her prayer and struck out the matter and discharge the defendant accordingly.
