Liberia Deports Nigerians Convicted For ​$208,000 Bank Robbery

The Government of Liberia has deported four Nigerians convicted for bank robbery.

They are Onuegbu Frank Chidozie (40), Francis Ezeji (32), Chukwu Ago (44) and Kingsley Okoro (40).

They were tried under Section 14.32 and 50.5 of the Penal Law of the Republic of Liberia at the 13th Judicial Circuit Court.

The court sentenced the gang members to 10 imprisonment on December 14, 2010.

The gang had attacked an Ecobank branch in Kakata, Margibi County, stealing valuables and cash worth $207,799.

Justice Minister, Frank Musa Dean described the quartet as “undesirable aliens”.

Dean directed Liberia Immigration Service (LIS) Commisoner-General, Robert Budy to remove them.

The convicts were flown to Nigeria via Air Cote D’Ivoire.

Sent them to another fresh 20yrs for felony against the nation of Nigeria .Tarnishing the country image outside of the country should attract heavy penalty. 20 yrs more
