Osun state governor, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola and the Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN governorship candidate in the 2007 governorship election in the living spring state, Engr Rauf Aregbesola will tomorrow, Friday, know their fate over who between them is the rightful winner of the polls as the appeal court sitting in Ibadan, Oyo state is set to deliver its ruling on the appeal filed by Aregbesola.

After taking the written addresses of counsel to both parties in the case last month, the five member appeal court panel adjourned indefinitely for its ruling. But a source close to Oyinlola told iReports-ng a few minutes ago that the court had notified all parties that the ruling will be delivered tomorrow.

“As I speak with you nobody knows what can happen and that is why security has been beefed up in the state suddenly today. The governor himself is confused because of different signals coming from various quarters over the matter”, the source disclosed.

iReports-ng had recently exposed a massive bribery scheme designed by Oyinlola, Senator Iyiola Omisore and some others to bribe the appeal court judges with over N15 billion.
