Getting custody of the kids after seperating

hmmmm this issue has been causing a lot of confusion/argument b/w my guys and i so i just wanna hear u ladies and gentlemen opinion over this.....lets assume couples got married, after bearing like three or four children, one misunderstanding or the other got them separated, who should have the custody of the children? the father or the mother?? no insults plsssss

I think a woman should bc man will not be able to cope with the stress but woman can.

any of the party who's capable of taking care of the kids  can take the responsibility. if  both parties are capable, then the responsibility should be shared evenly.

i think they should ask the kid s where they wanna stay but the best is both of them should try to take care of them

This is a very critical situation.
Well it's not a perfect seperation since they have children.
So both of them shares it all.
