Peter Obi's Allegedly Owned Mall, Next Cash & Carry Gutted By Fire In Abuja (Photos & Video)

Next Cash and Carry, one of the biggest shopping malls in Nigeria’s capital Abuja, has been gutted by fire.

The mall which is situated in the Jahi Area of the Federal Capital Territory went up in flames around 10:00 am Sunday morning.

Thick smoke can be seen around the mall as emergency operatives tried to salvage the situation.

While the cause of the fire is unknown, the roads have however been closed and the fire service are still trying to contain the fire.

The Head of Search and Rescue National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) Abuja, Labuan Ahman, called on mutual aid fire services for support.

“The whole of Next Cash and Carry is on fire. We have the FCT and Federal Fire Services on the ground. We are calling on all mutual aid fire services to deploy to Next Cash and Carry. The mutual aid fire services are Julius Berger, CBN, and then the Armed Forces.

“We are calling on the Armed Forces, the Nigerian Navy, Nigerian Air Force, and the Army to provide support as they usually do,” Ahman said.

This is the third supermarket owned by IGBOS burnt by AREWA CONSULTATIVE TERRORISTS in Abuja. Was it an accident ? No. The Northerners did it.

Bro why do you always have to stereotype everything and bring ethnicity into almost everything?? How do you boldly make all these claims without any iota of evidence?? Do you know I know/have a lot of igbo brothers that have lived all their lives in the north and swore that even with knives to their throats they won't live?? You know why?? It is because the north has been good to them. See, it is not everything that is Muslim versus Christian or igbo versus hausa. No! They said supermarket is on fire and you have to find a way to bring ethnicity into it again??? Na wa o.
