Popular Ghanaian dancehall singer, Stonebwoy has penned his thoughts on Nigeria and how it treats other African nations.

In a lengthy post on his Instagram story, the music star said that Ghana shows a lot of love and support to Nigeria but it does not reciprocate the gesture.

He then went on to support colleague, Shatta Wale’s stance by saying that he was right in the things he said about Nigeria and its music industry, but, that his approach may have been wrong.

The reggae star acknowledged that Nigeria has done well to put Africa on the world map through hard work, and commitment.

Stonebwoy urged Nigeria to embrace other African countries and project them to the world so that the music from the continent would be appreciated and recognised the same way the world celebrates Nigerian music.

On what Ghana should do to seek relevance, he said that the country would have to embrace the Nigerian approach of prioritising and supporting Ghanaian talents.

I quite like the way this guy put his point across. He puts it in a a matured and subtle manner.
Compare to Shatta Wale's marijuana influenced comments.
But one question is: Which African country helped Nigerian artistes and even our film actors and actresses?
Everything they achieved was self developed.  Not even our government assisted them.

If your music is good enough am sure the world would rock with it. Don't blame Nigeria for your failures, we have our own problems to deal with those Nigerians making money from music are few how many more re not known at all. Africans need to take charge of their own life's instead of relying on others.

What did Nigeria get for helping you Ghanaian develop your film industry? Hate and hostility towards Nigerians doing their legit business in Ghana. You people can promote your juju and otumokpo to the world.
