Media personality Uti Nwachukwu has called out bottled water companies on social media over the chemicals that they’re adding to water. The TV star took to his Twitter page in a lengthy post to call out the brands noting that he will not mention their names but they need to act fast before it gets worse.
He shared that a lot of this water smells of chemicals, alum that can cause acid reflux, and other things in people’s bodies. The actor shared that he can only vouch for one brand that is safe to consume. Uti further asked who checks the standards of products Nigerians consume in their body because it is disappointing to see reputable brands causing people harm and the effect it could have on vital organs.
