God Created Weed - Hilarious Video Of Man Justifying His Drug Use To The Police

A funny video which surfaced online shows the moment a suspected offender was speaking in his defence after being arrested. Police reportedly caught the man smoking weed and handcuffed him in preparation to be taken to the police station. He was put inside a police van and interrogated by different officers which was when it tilted towards a debate.
