Says Caroline Okereke, a Lagos based businesswoman, Winners Soldiers of Christ evangelist and cheery CEO of Elegant Skin Cosmetics.
Born on the 14th December 1975 and raised in Ilesa, Caroline completed her primary and secondary school education at Ibadan, before proceeding to obtain a diploma in Secretarial Administration at the Universal College of Education.

GODSPOWERPROJECT: Briefly tell us who you are and what you do?
CO/ESC: My name is Mrs. Okereke Williams, I'm a businesswoman, into organic materials, natural materials, homemade materials. We deal in black soap, shea butter, the name of the company is Elegant Skin Cosmetics.
GODSPOWERPROJECT: Tell us something interesting about your business and how you operate?
CO/ESC: Skin texture is not the same, some have sensitive skin while some have stubborn skin. What works for stubborn skin may react to sensitive skin. A sensitive skin goes with a mild product while a stubborn skin goes with what is harsh.
If you are in business and always want to be gaining that means you are a greedy person, be prepared to lose if you are a good business person and as you are losing you will also gain. That's the secret of business.
GODSPOWERPROJECT: How do you manage your customer service?
CO/ESC: Happiest moment is when you do a product and you send to your customer and your customers give you a good review, that 'ah, your product is superb, your product is okay' That gives you a joy not the monetary aspect of it. Ehn, not minding the money.
When customers complain you must expect it. It's always good to have a bad review so that you can buckle up and do more and do your research.
You have to pamper your customers. You understand, I read Marketing o at Fedpo Offa and know a few things about customer relations.
GODSPOWERPROJECT: Tell us about organics and naturals and homemade materials
CO/ESC: When you do production and you dont get it and have to start allover. And you know organic materials are damn expensive. You'll have to dispose and start all again. Allover again with your finance, strength because you are doing it manually, even up till now because the machines are damn expensive. The little ones we have gotten but we haven't gotten the real machine for production. All the work, the mixing of soap is manually.
GODSPOWERPROJECT: What lesson can you share with other business owners and readers?
CO/ESC: Biggest lesson I've learned has to do with selling on credit. Some customers will go away with the money. So I've learned my lesson 'if you want to buy, come with your money'. If you continue doing like that how do you make profits, restock.
GODSPOWERPROJECT: What is your exclusive testimony?
CO/ESC: My number 1 testimony is is giving my life to Christ in 2016, salvation of my soul, it was the first time I entered into Canaanland, somebody invited me to church. a co-tenant that was a Winner
That day Oyedepo ministered, it was 2nd service, everything that man ministered that day was my topic. I began talking to myself in church that 'so this is what I've been missing'. The Word he preached that day, and the way I understood it, and the way he declared blessings after the service. I made up my mind not to wait for another invitation and started looking for where I would find transport.
-My exclusive testimony is that of my car. You see going to trade fair has been very very stressful, At the end you carry your goods on your head and board okada.

Before the call, there is this incident I have to share with you for better understanding,
I used to go for evangelism on my own, so 1 day Bro Femi now saw me, after they declared an operation at Akinwa, everybody collected fliers, I collected my bulk like I used to, I'm not afraid of fliers. I saw him, he collected bulk too. I now saw one man inside one jalopy car. You know what jalopy is? Then I walked up to the man in the car saying 'good morning sir' with flier in hand. He angrily said "gbe owo oshi e kuro lara moto mi, common gerrout, kilonse, kilon pin kiri'. I just walked away
My brother called me that week. He began by chatting me up and asking how my business was doing and to tell him about my business, what do I need, I told him and he told me to consider it settled. He now asked how do I move my things. I said 'bros only thing giving me headache in this business is I'm not mobile' I did not ask him to give me o. Then he said 'what about that sienna that they came to price, go and carry the sienna I dash you' and that's how that car came to be."
