Nigerian singer, Omah Lay has said that he would leak his forthcoming album if his record label does not release it on the due date. His debut album, Boy Alone is scheduled to drop on the 15th of July, but he threatened to leak it the next day if his label delays it any further. Omal Lay is signed to Sire Records, a subsidiary of Warner Music Group in the United States, and Boy Alone was originally supposed to be released on June 24, but it got postponed.
He made the vow while responding to fans who were questioned him over the long delay. One wrote; ”When are we getting our album?…it’s becoming too late”
He responded; ”It can never be too late for an Omah Lay Album”
