Tiwa Savage Gets Honourary Doctorate Degree From University Of Kent, Delivers Powerful Speech

Global Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage has received an honorary Doctorate Degree from the University of Kent in the United Kingdom.

Ms Savage, now Dr Savage, was presented with her degree on Friday, July 15, 2022.

The Afrobeats star, who is also a Kent alumna,was made a Doctor of Music in recognition of her inspirational and international career in music.

The singer completed a degree in Business Administration at the University of Kent before she won a scholarship to study music at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.
