A video has captured the shocking moment a driver harassed a police officer who tried to arrest him for allegedly driving against traffic. In a viral video, the driver is seen pulling a police officer by the waist of his pants and dragging him towards his car. The officer, who had a gun in his hand, remained calm during the incident and avoided using violence on the motorist.

I don't know what led to that but the motorist acted out of order.
He should be arrested and dealt with according. If a policeman coukd be arrested and dismissed for acting against the ethics of the profession.  Then the citizen too must be punished.
No one should be a law to him or herself.
