A video have emerged of Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma moving around in a convoy of over 50 Vehicles.
In a State where salaries are being owed and basic infrastructures are in sorry states, a State where no major project have been successfully completed.
The action of the governor have been considered as 'WASTEFUL' in terms of cost of governance.
