Former Aviation Minister, Osita Chidoka, mourns his brother in-law who suffered a ''cardiac arrest'' on Saturday morning and died after visiting the hospital the previous day to complain about chest pain and was asked to return home and come the next day as the lab technicians had closed for the day

Sadly, he died the next day Saturday, October 15, when he was asked to come back for a Lab test.
