Flood has sacked residents of Otuoke community in Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, which happens to be former president Goodluck Jonathan's home town

One of the victims, Kardi has taken to sleeping on top of Otuoke Bridge.

Facebook user, Queen Favour posted a photo, writing "Kardi Blinkz dey suffer o. She is currently sleeping on top Otuoke bridge."
