3 Nigerian Migrants Found Under Spanish Ship That Has Been Sailing For 11 Days

Three migrants perched on the rudder of a cargo ship with their feet nearly touching the water have been rescued by the Spanish coast guard. The migrants traveled from Nigeria and arrived in Spain's CanaryIslands.

The Althini II was said to have arrived in Las Palmas in Gran Canaria on Monday after an 11-day voyage from Lagos, Nigeria.

Upon discovering them, the stowaways were immediately taken to the hospital and treated for acute dehydration.
