UNICEF, an agency of the United Nations responsible for providing humanitarian and developmental aid to children worldwide.
However, their effort is being sabotaged in some part of the Northern Nigeria whereby a boy in a post that has gone viral was seen selling the free school bags to boost school enrollment for N1,500.
