Superstar Nigerian singer, Yemi Alade has congratulated her colleague, Tems for winning the 2023 Grammy for Best Melodic Rap Performance for her feature in Future’s ‘Wait for U.’ The 33-year-old songwriter sent her congratulations in a Twitter message.

“Congratulations @temsbaby,” the Johnny singer wrote. ‘Wait for U’, a 2022 track that also features Drake, bested songs from other artists including Jack Harlow’s ‘First Class’, Kendrick Lamar’s ‘Die Hard’, Latto’s ‘Big Energy (Live)’ and DJ Khaled’s Beautiful’ to win the Grammys.
