Security operatives have arrested Mr Adamu Ibrahim, an Independent National Electoral Commission ad-hoc staff allegedly receiving bribe to rig election results in the Potiskum Local Government area of Yobe State.

In a video shared by Neptune Prime on Monday, the staff was being questioned by security personnel in Potiskum Local Government Area.

Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party was declared the winner of the presidential poll in Yobe State.
