Barely 36 hours after fire destroyed a section of Balogun market, another consumed part of Olowu spare parts market in the Ikeja area of Lagos.

Mr Ibrahim Farinloye, Territorial Coordinator, National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) told newsmen on Thursday in Lagos that the fire occurred in the early hours of the morning.

Farinloye said that the fire, which was reported to have started at about 2:30. a.m, affected 13 shops, 4 warehouses and one restaurant.

“The cause of the fire cannot be determined as at now.

“But the Chairman of the traders association, Bassey Ikpendu, while narrating the situation, applauded the efforts of the State Fire Service that prevented the escalation of the incident due to the combustible materials that were involved,”

Yoruba people should continue this their cowardly attack on Igbo businesses. But it wont bring the Igbo's down. You have to be lower than an orangutan to target people's businesses because of politics. Foolani's are busy killing students in Oyo state, but you guys are too afraid of them to even utter a word. I hate to do this because there are sensible Yoruba's too, just that they dont do much to educate the majority of their people that happen to be fools.

More attacks on markets in Lagos state coming as threatened by  Tinubu's disciples against Igbos. Not the good natured Yorubas we know. If ndigbo could survive 3 years of serious bombardments by Nigeria and it's allies during the civil war  this is just a scratch but it shouldn't be taken too far because Igbos can be defensively marvelous.
