Woman Delivers Quintuplet After 9 Years of Childlessness, Begs Soludo For Help

A housewife, Mrs Chidinma Amaechi has begged the governor of Anambra state for help after delivering a set of five children. It was gathered that the woman was childless for nine years. The quintuplets, consisting of three boys and two girls, were delivered at Life International Hospital, Awka, Anambra State, through the caesarian section, on Thursday 28th day of March 2023.
 
The 28-year-old Mrs Amechi, who finished her National Youth Service Corps program in July last year, is the wife of a petty trader, Mr Tochukwu Ameachi, based in Onitsha. A caregiver in the hospital said the babies were delivered after a caesarian session, and are now in the intensive care unit of the hospital.
 
She said: “The children and their mother were responding very well to treatment, and there is no cause for any alarm.” The elder sister to the nursing mother, Mrs Ebele Oranekwu said the bill for the incubators alone is N250,000 for each day, and the children are expected to be on it for about 30 days She said: “The bill at the end may amount to about N7.5 million aside from other huge bills already accumulated, in the past two months of managing the delicate pregnancy at the hospital.

“We are calling on Anambra State government, the state Government and Non-Governmental Organisations to come to their aid, to enable them to offset the huge medical bills staring them in the face, to reap the full benefits of God’s blessings upon their family.”

so you are just 28yrs old, the age when all your mates are just settling down. You have rushed to go and marry at 19yrs, fastforward tp now, you have brought your problems to the public to spend tax payers money on the multiple birth you deliberately went for. Until Governors are made accountable that these monies belong to the people, people will not desist from seeing them as gods.
