BREAKING: Court Dashes Hope Of NLC, TUC Over Planned Strike

The Federal High Court on Monday granted an interim order restraining the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) from going on strike from Wednesday.

NLC had planned to embark on nationwide strike from Wednesday except the Federal Government reverts the hike in the prices of petrol, which is now between N488 and N555.

The court said the planned strike should not continue until the determination of the motion on notice.

Justice O. Y. Anuwe issued the order today and adjourned further hearing till 19 June.

This government is set to suck this country dry. They all rely on oil, they claim cost of refining the crude is expensive due to current exchange rate but my question is can't Nigeria refine elsewhere since they said or claim subsidy exist which I doubt. The court belongs to the government and if you aren't for them you are wasting time. Dead court
