An African lady gushes as she crosses paths with the Prime minister of the Netherlands who was on foot, without bodyguards and no entourage of cars.

A video making rounds on social media captured the moment a lady and the prime minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte took a walk side by side.

The lady was over the moon as she expressed shock at the possibility of meeting the president of a country walking the road on foot like an average individual.

She stated that she was headed to work while the minister added that he was headed to see an ophthalmologist to check his glasses.

The video has since sparked mixed reactions as many other Africans doubt the possibility of such with their politicians.

African presidents are dime-gods and we make them  so. Almost everyone of them wont dream walking in the street unless opening something, but you cant even see them in a shop anywhere, and they always travel with a battalion of armed guards and others. When traveling locally, there convoys  must be above  twenty five vehicles.
