Sina Rambo accused Heidi of being abusive during the discussions, saying she was glad she didn’t inform him about their divorce when they were together.

I honestly don't see any abuse in this message, all I see is a woman that lacks self awareness, not seeing or hearing the truth and that's the most toxic thing in any relationship.  Actually, this lady is the one that needs a rehab and Sina needs a thanksgiving party for breaking free from her, she needs help honestly
