Do Muslims hate Christians? (Page 3)

infidels and gentiles!! non-believers will die a miserable death!! their souls will perish!! The judgement day is coming...........Allah will reign down justice, God will judge the world with jesus wielding his sword of judgement!!  Really 2 groups or sects of humans that preach hatred and fear!! may your fight never be on this planet!!

 I am Muslim I do not hate anyone that thinks or worships different from me. The true definition of Islam is peace. Muslim is one that submits their will to the Most High. Submitting my will by loving even if I do not agree or understand. Who am I to judge another human being and have the audacity to fill my heart with hatred so that it consumes my whole being and I will be no good to anyone and be able to lead others on the righteous path of love and peace. we should not be blind to our own eyes, and read what we want to punish others. we must be diligent student in this life and the next of the lessons that are put in our path, or we will never learn.

From the little I know,the muslims do not hate christians and vice versa.It is rather unfortunate and regretable too that leaders and the elites in most societies for ethno-political and economic reasons have exploited the ignorance of their followers often using religion as a veritable platform.In some climes,ideologists also have succeeded in using religion as a cloak to advance their ideologies to the detriment of the real tenents that these faiths preach.I have interacted with very good muslims and I was made to realise that the greatest Jihad is the Jihad of oneself and not the killing of the 'so called infidels' just as there is a proviso to the marrying of morethan one wife in the koran which is'if and only if you can love them equally'.

On the part of the christian,the scripture enjoined that christians should live peaceable with all men and love them as well irrespective of who or what they are. So I do not agree that muslims hate christians and as youth,we must preach peace and follow peace with all men.

Just a reminder that Quran 2:6 did emphasised that there should be no compulsion in religion.Just a food for thought for us all.
