Oh poor girl! If she survives the initial beating, she is in for a long miserable life.  People are very unforgiving
when it comes to witchcraft, magic or voodoo. Every sickness in her neighborhood will be blamed on her. No one
is going to marry her and she will be treated as an outcast.
