Our BAD leaders always try to make Abuja and other major cities looks like major cities in Europe but they don't bloody care to transform the lives of common Nigerian citizens to reach 10% of standard of living of the common citizens in those countries. THAT IS THE FEATURE OF NIGERIAN LEADERS. Besides, how can Nigerians escapes poverty while a group of less than five hundred people (LEGISLATORS) do away with 25% of Nigeria's wealth? We must experience total blackout, bad roads, SEVERE POVERTY, lack of life amenities, lack of good health care facilities, insecurity......... and many other problems we are experiencing.

For Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, I WILL SAY THIS AGAIN..."GOD BLESS YOU IN ABUNDANCE". If we had people like you topping the ladder of of leadership in Nigeria, we would not have been at the below 0 level we are in.
see o! so @candare also have sence to reason like this Huh? i thank God 0oo first reasonable comment he have ever made, wonder shall never end in naijapals Grin Grin Grin Grin........

u r welcome,is no longer news cuz they're doing right now as i'm dropping this words. one things that baffles me about some nigerians are;they're a too easy to deceives & confused from these politicians with their empty words.imagine some are calling him for president..you guys should wakeup and say enough to empty words and time for action.

this trend will remain like this until any leader elected know wht it take to lead.and wht dos3 it take to lead?put ur subjects first, and who are de main subject?de over 102 millions who dont  know wht they have done wrong to be suffering de way they are suffering

There is always a big problem with our political system. If the current political system is not changed or restructured, Nigeria will continue to suffer from such setbacks. It is in Nigeria where a minister will be appointed based on the contribution he or his political godfather gave towards the success of the incumbent president (during election), not on merit or that because he deserve it. It is in Nigeria where a state governor will stick to the policies of the MR PRESIDENT and abide by all he is directed to whether for the good of his state or otherwise just to see that he got the second term ticket. Look at how the former most corrupt governors now change colours just like a chameleon........ from governor to senator.

Those who were lucky to be at the top seats do anything possible to see that they recover what they have spent during the campaign or whatever they call it, of the so-called president. They never care until they recover and above all, loot to the last kobo of that particular office. Nobody cares for the common citizen of Nigeria. All they care for is themselves, their friends and families. They send their children abroad to study and left our schools in a sorry situation. The quality of education received during colonial era is much better than the quality of education our children are currently receiving. Look at the dilapidated nature of our primary, secondary and post secondary schools. Sorry to say.... NIGERIA IS BACK TO SQUARE ZERO (0)

these statistics should be made available to the senate, the executives and other top govenment officials to understand the fact that for the 12yrs period they have been in power, they have only succeeded in aggravating the poverty level of nigerians from 54.4 to 70 % while elevating their pocket level to more than 25% of  our national funds. SAVE OUR SOUL , OH LORD
