Nollywood actress, Didi Ekanem has slammed singer, Rema over his tribute to his late junior colleague, Mohbad.
GISTMANIA reported that Rema had received backlash after he shared a screenshot of the message he received from the late singer.
Mourning Mohbad, Rema admitted how he ignored Mohbad’s message on his Instagram page in 2020 where the late singer stated how much he really likes his song “Peace Of Mind.”
He said he didn’t see the message until the death of Mohbad and he added that it is now too late to reply to him.
Flooring him, Didi Ekanem noted how he didn’t ignore American singer and actress, Selena Gomez’s DMs but can ignore Mohbad’s own.
Hailing him, she sarcastically stated that he did well.
“No be only I never saw your DM. But you saw Selena’s own. You try”.
Many concurred with her, as they noted how the industry is filled with pride and class.

Singer, Oxlade is also facing similar backlash after he shared a screenshot of the message Mohbad sent to him in 2018, which he ignored.
In the message, Mohbad had hailed Oxlade for his singing prowess and had expressed his love for him, unfortunately, the singer had ignored his message and had also restricted him.
In what seemed like damage control, Oxlade took down the post from his Instagram page and shared another screenshot of a chat between him and the late singer
