Catholic Priest Reacts To Video Of Actress Ekene Kneeling To Singer Moses Bliss At Her Wedding

Fr Kelvin Ugwu, a priest who is quite vocal on Facebook, has given his opinion on a bride leaving her husband on the dance floor to kneel at the feet of a singer who performed at her wedding.

On Saturday,  Nov. 4, actress Ekene Umenwa got married to Ifeanyi Ogbodo. During the couple's dance, gospel singer Moses Bliss made a surprise appearance and began performing.

Ecstatic, the bride ran to him, knelt before him, and hugged his legs. When she stood, she hugged him twice

Reacting, Frank. Ugwu said that the bride, Ekene, "was literally out of control".

As for Moses Bliss, the priest said, "Minsiters these days make themselves gods and are even excited when they are seen as such."

He pointed out that when such happened in the Bible, the apostles and disciples were "always quick to correct that impression and remind the people that they were ordinary men".
 
He added, "In the trending video, the minister was busy enjoying the show. When you see something that is not right, correct it immediately. Others will also learn from it."

He went on to state that Ekene's action was "not supposed to be funny. But this is what happens when ministers make themselves superstars."

This is one sound man of God, going by his understanding of this situation. Catholic will save Christianity once this present Pope is replaced. I am a Methodist though.
