I wail and moan when I see people comparing themselves with others, comparing their male/female friends with that of others, comparing their wives and husbands with that of their friends, comparing their sons and daughters with that of their neighbours, comparing everything even to the extent of comparing cars, phones and other cosmopolitan things. Asking rhetorical questions such as, why must she marry before me? Why must her son make money before mine? Why must this and why must that. Honestly, one needs not be told that these things are futile, bunkum and gibberish. I am not preaching to anyone. But the granite fact is that we've got to love ourselves, got to appreciate what we have, got to understand that the world is not about comparison but contribution. Just do your best, leave the rest for God, accept the things you can't change or control and be hilariously happy. Happy New Year Once Again, Au revoir, Shalom!
