Former Deputy Governor Of Oyo State, Oladokun, Others Displaced As Explosion Rocks Ibadan

A former deputy governor of Oyo State, Barrister Iyiola Oladokun and some members of his family have been displaced as a result of an explosion that rocked Ibadan on Tuesday.

It was authoritatively gathered that Oladokun and his family members are currently being housed by a friend.

It could be recalled that an explosion rocked Ibadan on Tuesday evening.

A close associate of the former deputy governor, in a short statement released, said his house was affected by the explosion.

“The house of the former deputy governor of Oyo State is located in the area where the incident occurred.

“It is close to the building where the explosion occurred. They have vacated the house,” the source said.

Our correspondent also gathered that the home of the former Attorney General of the Federation, late Chief Bola Ige was also affected.

Another source added that the houses of some staff members of the University of Ibadan were affected.

So it was not caused by anything? Media said explosion instead of bomb!!!! The country is under siege! Fulanis from other Africa nations are everywhere in Nigeria and they will unleash mayhem in the south if we continue to cover these insecurities under a subtle name called explosion! It started inside a car and many people were killed!!!
