A person identified as Alex Ifeanyi Oguta JP recently shared thoughts on social media.

He cautioned against forming close relationships with individuals overly devoted to religious beliefs, describing it as a grave mistake.

"One of life's gravest missteps is befriending someone excessively devout. When their religious leader identifies a close associate as an adversary, you inadvertently become the prime target," he expressed in a Facebook post dated Tuesday, February 20.

He further elaborated that any light-hearted banter may be misconstrued and relayed to their religious leader for scrutiny.

Unbeknownst to you, you may unwittingly be perceived as the personification of evil by your friend, who subsequently engages in fervent prayers aimed at your downfall.

Oguta suggested a few indicators to recognize when such suspicion has taken root:

Your friend's ailments are only disclosed through hearsay.
Financial transactions, such as purchasing a car or upgrading their economic status, are concluded without your knowledge.
Travel plans are executed without prior notification.
Should you detect any semblance of these behaviors, it's advised to tread cautiously to avoid being unwittingly featured as a subject of concern during religious testimonies.
