The Lagos State Government's enforcement of building regulations has led to the demolition of several houses in the Eti-Osa area.

The demolition, carried out by the Lagos State Building Control Agency (LASBCA), is part of a wider effort to sanitize the built environment and ensure compliance with safety standards.

In sensible countries, catapilars are used to build roads. In Nigeria, they are used to destroy houses. Our government are always gleefully meting out pains on their citizens. They can do anything to wipe out happiness from the lives of their own people.
